The customer brought in her 2 ct diamond and wanted an unusual beautiful design ring with her birthstone, Garnets. She asked that we could set it in a "Kaiho" setting, which is Greg's invention of new way of setting diamonds (Patent awarded).
With 6 rainbow colored Garnets, 2 blue sapphires, and 1 purple amethyst, it became one of a kind, beautiful ring set in 18k yellow gold.
