The customer from Arkansas liked all the designs on Greg Neeley Design website. He sent us a message from the website, asking if we could make a ruby ring for their anniversary. We sent him a questionnaire about colors of metals and gems and budget etc. He wanted a ruby in two tone gold and left the entire ring design up to us. We designed the ring to fit his wants including his budget and sent him a 3D plastic print. He liked it and ordered it. He loved the ring very much.
